I purchased a Hot Water Heater on 11-28-2012. In January 2015 it began malfunctioning and has left me without hot water for weeks while trying to get someone to diagnose it, after $650.00 in diagnostics from licensed local plumbers it has been renedered unserviceable and Lowes refuses to refund me for the faulty hot water heater. I had to have it replaced and spent $2900.00 for a new power vent hot water heater through another local plumbing company.
