Lowes have by far the worst customer service. I've been dealing with Lowe's service advantage regarding a GE non-working washer that is still under manufacturer warranty and my issue has not been resolved. Every time I call, which I called more than 5 or 6 times, and I talk to a different service representative for more than 30 minutes each time, a different "possible" solution is offered/mentioned and nothing has come out of it. And the following time I call there’s no record of what the last rep told me.

Meanwhile almost 3 weeks have passed and I am still stuck with an appliance that doesn't work. I've purchased all my appliances with Lowes for the past 15 years and I've gotten the extended warranty for most of them. Never again. I will close my account with you and will take my business somewhere else.


I was at my breaking point last week so I asked them to give me the manufacturer's number (General Electric) so I could call myself (so technically I did their job!). GE told me they had no record of lowes contacting them regarding my appliance and that they would take care of it. They called me less than 24 hours later to let me know that the parts where expedited overnight and that my issue would be solved this week. They also mentioned that since there was no record of lowes contacting them, technically the claim was only a day old so I missed out on the chance to get a replacement.

Lowes, your apathy towards solving the customer's issues is disgusting. I will never ever do business with your company and will convince all my friends, family, co-workers, etc to do the same.
