Lowes Home Improvement ripoff How important is your contract with Lowes? Millington Tennessee

I was a contractor for Lowes Home Improvement up until last week when I was fired By Lowes. The area Intallation Manager would threaten us with the words "How important is your contract with Lowes?" On one occasion my crew was out on a job for Millington Lowes when some of us went to the store to get a drink. One of my crew stayed behind to keep working when he overheared the customer say "These guys are taking to long and I can't believe they brought a
(((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) into my home!" When I got back Craig was standing in the driveway with a scowl look on his face. I asked him what was wrong and he told me what the customer said. Immediately I called Lowes to tell them we would rather not work for this customer. I told them the situation and we were asked the same question as always--How important is your contract with Lowes?

I did not want to stay but with that threat we stayed because we all have kids to feed and we needed to work. Last week I got a call from the same area Intalation Manager and was told that he would have to do a vendor deduct on one of our jobs. I asked why and was told that the job was a complete abortion. I was shocked by how he phrased this and said we would go out and take a look at what was wrong. He said no that we could not go back. I asked why and he said that the customer did not want us back. Since I had seen the job and did not see anything wrong with it I said we should be allowed to see what was wrong. He got mad because I told him I would have to go over his head on this matter and he fired us! This is how Lowes does buisness. Contractors BEWARE!!! Lowes has still not paid us all the money that they owe us. We are waiting to see if they do that.
