I believe that you issuse is not with the company that you have purchased your items from but rather the collection agency they hired to collect your father's debt.

There are rules as to what they can and cannot do and you should re-search this futher. I do however recommend that the next time they call you, when you answer the phone clearly state the date, time, and inform the person that the conversation will be recorded, then ask them to confirm what you have just said. Following that explain that your situation and explain that you will seek legal action in response to any further harassment and threaten to contact your state's attorney to report the issue.
