website said all you have to do is pay shipping and handleing.  paid that got the product cancelled the order and my account was charged 92.97 and 92.99.  One for skin the other for eye.  Called and asked why they charged my account that much they said cause I canceled it and I had to pay a one time charge for each.  but only got the free trial.  Never was told that they would have to charge me that amount to cancel something.  Bad part is I still have not used it, it is sitting in my closet.  When talking to them today I was told that I didn't understand.  NO they are right I don't understand how you can charge people and mislead them. 

 

I hope they don't make anymore sales on this product.

They are only allowing the return of one set, the one I haven't receive yet and that set must be returned in 10 days. When I asked to cancel the person on the phone asked me if I'd like to continue for 50% discount, when I said no he asked if I would for 75%. I still cancelled. Fulfillment center: San Diego Internet
