Do Not Order From Luxurious Skin...It Is A Scam!!!!!

I placed an order on line (May 28, 2017)for a FREE sample of skin care and eye serum.  It stated all I had to pay was the shipping and handling fee.  The amount was $5.95 each.  I received the two products in a manila envelope (not even in a box) AND No Paperwork.  I didn't think anything of it until I received my bill.  I was charged $92.97 and $92.99.  I called the company at 855-263-6775 and a robot addressed me by my name, then thanked me for enrolling in their program.  Then asked if I wanted to cancel and to push #1.  I did that, then it asked if you wanted to speak to a representative and I spoke to Alicia.  I explained the situation and that I wanted my money back.  I told her I Never enrolled in anything.  She said it was in the fine print.  As I was speaking with her, I looked it up and there was No fine print and any mention to enrolling into their program.  I told her that and I wanted my money refunded.  she said she couldn't and that was their policy.  I asked to speak to her supervisor.  She said none was available and they would get back to me.  No one has returned my calls.  I will be calling my credit card company to get this removed.  How can they get away with this?  There's no way I would ever purchase a face and eye cream for that amount of money.  This company is a scam and I hope this will help others.
