 I haven't had a membership with lvac for over a year now. It turned out they have been double charging my bank account. When I call them about it they told me I had insufficient amount so I replied no I don't and show them proof of my statement proving I did have sufficient amount. So two months later after they reimburse me they did it again this time I asked to speak to supervisor and supposedly he wasn't around so I left a message and he never called back. Again I sent them the same information showing in the bank statement I did have sufficient amount. Then 2 weeks later someone finally decided to call me back and left me a message saying I needed to show them a statement that on the 1st of May I have sufficient amount even though I had already sent them a statement showing I had sufficient amount between the 29th of of April through the 2nd of May. So I called again asking for supervisor and what a surprise he's not available. This time a lady gave me a different story saying that was my fault in my responsibility and that lvac cannot deny payment and that it was the bank's fault. So I told him I already spoke to the bank and at the bank said they never received a charge from them on the 1st. So I told him that I can put them on 3 Way but the bank so the lady said she's for sure she's right. So she starts attacking me over the phone saying you was my fault and my responsibility even though I told her they're my responsibility it's putting money in the bank so they can take it out every month on the 1st. But to my surprise they were able to take out money from my account on the 1st of june with no problem. It was the same card same information but before supposedly they couldn't. It turns out they have been doing this two other people. I hope that any other victim out there what speak out and then we can come together and a file I lost suit on lvac.
