i wish i could get some answers from the foc of macomb county. i was being double charged for day care for about 2 and a half years and i got behind on support because of this. ive been trying to get answers from the court but they give me no answers. i spent 30 days in jail because of it.
i cant afford a lawyer and the courts know that and thats why they wont give me any answers. they know they screwed up because they dropped about 10000 dollars from my rearage, but that doesnt give me back the days i spent in jail or the days my daughters couldnt see their daddy. my girls mom knew what was going on also but didnt do a d**n thing to help me. its real sick that thats all that matters is the money.

You will notice how much bad publicity there is on this site about Macomb County Michigan. Wonderful Court employees: Paul Jacokes,Amanda Kole, Molly Bucci, Tracey Yokich just to name a few that I have seen on this website.'
Those are the stupidest people I have ever seen. I believe I heard they were laying off employees too. Until Granholm decides to get off her a*s and do something before her term ends, then I wouldn't hope for too much. They want money, nothing else.
I will say this though, there are a lot of mothers getting screwed by Macomb County FOC too so don't just think it's men; although I understand how it can feel that way.
The sad part is, they don't care about these children. They just don't care and that is the real shame. The attorneys and courts got more money out of my divorce than my ex-wife will EVER be awarded in child support from me. Now how stupid is that? My ex can't seem to figure it out. I tell my son from time to time, if we don't have the money to send you to college one day, then you can thank your money, Macomb County FOC and your mommy's attorney.
