It started out as a Free Trial (they withdrew $41.93 from my account the 1st day)

Magicjacks "plus" system does not work & I have trid to get them to send me an RMA # & return address - but they say they have "no record of my order # (TS24314239).

I havn't had any sucess with the internet phone girls who keep sending me to the website that indicated "no record of order #".

All I want to do is return & receive my refund.
