MajicJack Worthless Customer Care USA

I purchased a MajicJack when I first heard of them back in 2008.  It had a lot of bugs the first year but the service improved and I bought a 5 year plan when the intitial term expired.  Within the following year my original device went bad and came with no guarentee so I purchased another one.  This time I got the Plus which requires only a router and need not be plugged into my PC to work.  When I did this I was told via chat (the only way you can contact these folks that I know of) that the remaining balance on my 5 year agreement would transfer to my new device.  Well it didn't.  A year later my service is denied.  I contacted MajicJack and worked with them for over an hour only to be told in the end that if I could locate the old device that no longer works and plug it in that it would be active (nevermind that it wouldn't work even if I had it).  Long story short, they ripped me off for three to four years of service but they were very nice about telling me to go jump in a lake.  In short, any problems one has doing business with MajicJack is the fault of the consumer and they don't mind losing your business.  "What are you going to do about it?" seems to be their mantra, but again, they are very polite about it.  I will now have to pay 3 years early to turn the device back on and I warn all who read this ...Do not purchase the 5 year option; if the cheap, made by slaves in China device fails for any reason, all paid for extensions on the account are void and lost ...Thank you for using MajicJak and here is some Vaseline.
