Marquis Properties, LLC Chad Deucher CEO Never produced deeds and total rent Orem Utah

I supposedly bougt 5 home located in Kansa City.  Rent was quanteed for 2 years.  Chad Deucher had me wire my money to Franklin Escrow & Accommodations, LLC.  It has been almost 10 months with him not getting the deeds in my name.  He paid me for 2 or 3 months rend but the 3 following checks failed to clear. He is always assuring that everything will be worked out but he never produces any substance.  If you feel Chad Deucher and Marquis Homes has defrauded you of your money, please call the Utah Attorney General's  Office and also report him to your local FBI.  I would also reccommend searching the original properties to see if there every was an agreement to sell property to Marquis.  If not please give the information to the authorities.
