Marquis Properties LLC -,Chad R Deucher Lied, took my money, and it's swindling other people Provo Utah

I invested in some real estate rental property in Kansas  with supposely an investor , Chad R. Deucher owner of Marquis Properties from Provo, Utah.  He has not paid any monies to my account for about 3 years which totals over $100,000 and fails to contact me when he says he would.  Through him I supposely own 2 duplexes as rentals and was to get monthly rent from these duplexes.  He then said I had an opportunity to sell these duplexes for more than what I paid for them, I told  him to go ahead and sell them.  It's been 3 years and he has  not sold them nor am I getting my monthly rent.  I have never seen a deed from these properties, and when I continuously asked him for them he gives me some excuse. He did send me a 1 page deed showing these addresses but come to find out that a colleague of mine invested with Marquis Properties LLC  owned the same properties.  When I ask Chad R. Deucher about my monthly rent and selling of these Properties  he gives me an excuse that it was due to poor management and he has taken care of the situation, but still no monthly rent.  He also owes my colleague over $300,000. He doesn't return calls when he says he will, and when he does call back, he gives all kinds of excuses or says he has someone that is interested and he'll get back to me.   I feel he steals from Paul to give to Peter and when he can swindle anyone else then he can't pay Peter anymore.  I don't feel these properties exist.  He needs to be stopped, he's just going to continue taking peoples money and probably enjoying the good life while we are struggling with regaining our finances.  Stay away from Chad R Deucher and/or Marquis Properties LLC
