On Oct 17, 2014 I signed two loan documents and wired the funds to Marquis Properties LLC for a total of $55,000 to include principal, interest and agreed upon fees. One loan included money from my Self Directed IRA. Loan principal, interest and fees were due and payable as of November 17, 2014. The loan principal, interest and fees were not repaid and continues to acrue at a rate of 5% penalty and 30% per annum. It is now March 30, 2015 and nothing has been paid to date. In addition the real estate property that was to secure the loans was sold out from under the notes Dec 5, 2014 and no property was offered as its preplacement. I misstakenly did not file two liens on the property to protect myself. I have been promised on numerous occasions that all costs and loan would be brought current, but have yet to receive any payments.

STILL NO REPAYMENT

The information in my previous complaint has not changed. I still have not been repaid for the two loans ($35,000 and $15,000) that I made to Marquis Properties LLC. I keep getting promises that money is coming but it has now been 6 months since I was promised the repayments.
Very frustrating. I like the people but hate the disception.

Correction: The total of the two loans is $50,000 ($35,000 and $15,000), not $55,000.
