Marquis Properties, LLC Chad Deucher Purchased 4 properties, found out never owned or had title, no rent or money returned Orem Utah

My husband and I attended a real estate seminar in Las Vegas in 2012 and purchased 4 properties in Kansas City, Mo. for $210,000.00  These properties were transferred to Marquis Properties, LLC in Utah that were to provide us with a monthly rental income since my husband had been downsized from his job. We were sent paperwork stating that we owned these properties, but never really received an official deed.

We started to receive rental payments which began to come later and later each month and then just stopped coming.  After contacting Chad Duecher, he stated that he would rectify the situation.  He kept promising that the money would be coming.  We then asked that he sell our properties and return our money, this was never done.  I then started researching the property appraiser site in Kansas City and learned that our name was never on the title to any of the properties...we never owned any of them.

Again, we contacted Mr. Deucher and he told us that he would make it good and we would get our money back.  Consequently, we have had to file bankruptcy since we did not have the income, and four years later Mr. Deucher still tells us that we will get our money back.  No money has shown up! 

Please do not do any business with this company or Chad Duecher.

We will be contacting any and all authorities that we can think of to try and get our money back.
