Media Monster sent defective dvds alfred hitchcock hour, some were blank and others incomplete ontario, Internet

   I Ordered Alfred Hitchcock Hour from Tvruby.com on 4-3-2012 for $65.00 and paid by credit card. I received the boxs of DVDS about 2 weeks or so later.  I started watching them and one was blank and one had only one show on it and a couple stopped repeatively. They were recorded on the Hallmark station and very poor quality.  I sent emails to tvruby and they said they would get back to thier supplier and fix the problem.  I have been emailing the 5 or 6 times and haven't heard anythingback. There are 18 DVDs in the box. I still have all the emails from me and tvruby
