Media Monster I did not receive the product described on the web site. Mississauga, Ontario

I writing to let you know that I found the website TVRuby for a TV series that I was interested in getting. The series is The Dark Shadows series. According to the website I would get the complete series all 1225 episodes for $189 exluding shipping. 



I thought that this was a good deal because I had ordered the same series from another website (Whycostas.com) for the same price plus shipping. When I got the DVD's I could not even play them on my dvd player. I ended up sending them back to China. This cost me $48 to ship. They are refunding my money less shipping costs, so I'll be out almost $70 with them.



I received the dvd's from Media Monster and I checked out the dvd's and found that I received episode 210 to 1225, I did not get the first 209 episodes. And some of the dvd's did not play. I e-mailed them about what I found and they said that the 1st 209 episodes were on another set of dvd's. But the website says that the COMPLETE series was for sale for $189. I've been e-mailin them and have yet to receive a response. I've even asked to exchange this series for another because according to their website this is possible. I'm not looking to make any money just get what I paid for.



This is very dissapointing that this can happen to me twice.
