Media Monster Grainy, fuzzy, nearly indistinguishable DVDs - horrible color, frozen scenes Mississauga, Ontario

I ordered the complete "Beauty and the Beast" television series on DVD for $50.

The seven-disk collection arrived in a cheap-looking case and didn't look authentic.  When I tried to view them, every one of the disks was damaged to the point of being almost unviewable.  The color was awful (fuzzy shades of gray in most cases); the picture was grainy and faded; bright colored blotches appeared periodically throughout most episodes, usually before the picture would freeze altogether and *maybe* continue several seconds later.  Plus, the notification, "KDKA Pittsburg" [and the temperature in Pittsburg] would periodically show up on the screen.
