Similar to many other reviews/comments, its clear these folks target the elderly via harassment, both phone and letters. I submitted BBB reports last year and they stopped for about 10 months and started again. We dropped the service well over a year ago and the calls, letters, etc continue regarding deliquent accounts, etc.

Clearly they are targeting elderly folks which is about as low as you can get.
