after reciving device i called and ask for gps device also they said would put onlist but never recieved so called to cancel 30 day trial coul'nt get threw left voice mail no reply finaly got the cancellation dept gave very hard time and run around so i shiped back materail and have not recived refund and paid in full for full year $371.40  AT BEST THE SHOULD HAVE CHARED ME $71.90 and this has been going on for 4 mos
