I made memeber account in Megagoods.com and looking their services. Prices normal, but shipping to Europe very expensive and i finishing with megagoods.
I sent email to customer service for cancellation my account.
There is first month for free fee charges and after first month monthly membership fee is 14.99$.
I think all ok and after 2-3 month they take money from my credit card - 2 charges together!
I locked my credit card.
I sent email to customer service - no replies to emails.
In TERMS AND CONDITIONS is account cancellation with email or letter.
What i must do??
