MegaGoods - Victoria Customer Service Superviser HAD MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND THEY USED IT Ripoff Los Angeles California

This company has some how abtained my person creditcard number, personal info and charged my card. I contacted there custamer service department and have gotten nothing but a attitude from these people. When I frist called them to find out who they are and what they do and why I was calling them all they cared about was getting my personal information etc etc etc.... This has happend every time I have called them and are rude as hell. When I asked to speak to a supperviser I got Victoria who was rude and very unprofesional. I then refeared them to how they got my info and when they tride to tell me they have very strict safe guards in place that it is not true that I did not send my info to them. This is funny as I stated I have had a Ebay and PayPal account for years and they are more strict and private about useing and verifing personal info before setting up a account and maybe they should take notes and lessons. Victoria became very dissrespectful and told me that she would be filing a police report etc etc on this. I laughed and said you are the one at fault and I am the victum here am I not? LOL So I stated I would be fileing a report with my creditcard company and they can issue what ever it is they need to do. This company is all about useing people's personal info how ever they do not wish to listen to a reasonalbe issue conplaint about not haven some ones personal info with out autherization and when contacted about it you are treated like crap. I would ever recomend this company to any one and in fact not trust them period.
