 Yet again the American consumer shows their complete ignorance. Your serpentine belt does touch your water pump but a faulty water pump replacment DOESNT include your belt. You are confusing them taking care of the original problem with what you already have existing. Your belt drives ALL the ammenities that you enjoy. Power steering, AC,ect ect. If they are calling telling you that you need to replace the belt then you need to replace it. Unless your water pump was complete locked up because of them, which is something that doesnt happen as often as you would think, then its not THEIR responsability to replace it. That would be your respnsability.

You are obviously someone that doesnt know much about vehicles or you wouldnt have posted such a negative review to a company that is ACTUALLY helping you and admitting they made a mistake. They are fixing your car, they cant fix your stupid....

Water pump is in the engine....Back rotors is what your BRAKE PADS touch to slow you down. So how exactly did them replacing the rotors in the back, which is no where in shape or form tied to the engine, cause the issue with your water pump? You are a scammer and you should pray to what ever cheating thieving diety you pray to that they dont realize this or they will keep your car and have you arrested for fraud.
