Merchant Lynx There Machine Shocked the Hell out of me, Then the Agent refused to talk to me and HUNG UP! Annapolis, Maine

I walked into Book End in Stockbridge, GA and said Hello to the owner. I then tryed to pay for my purchases and the keypad on the credit card machine shocked me and knocked me across the lobby.   The person after did not have the same issue but this did hurt me.  I tried to call the company that supplied the machine "MERCHANT LYNX" and talk to them and they refused to talk to me and told me they would not talk to me about the issue.  I asked them who was liable and they said the owner of the shop.  I then asked who made the machine, they said they would not give that inforation.. I asked for a manager now the 3rd time and was refuse being told there is NO HELP FOR ME HERE.   Finally the guy said this company made the machine which he said so fast i could not hear him or understand him and asked him to repeat it it or speak to a manager again and he hung up on me....WTF is up with companys like this I could of been killed....OUCH!!!
