Absolutely the worst company in the world. I have had Mercury since 1994, always paid my premiums on time. My son gets into an auto accident with another Mercury customer. Three months to get his car fixed. Their customer service and claims adjusters are rude, and act like I should be grateful they are doing their jobs. They do not keep you informed. They do not return phone calls. They are totally incompetent - company is a joke. Do not spend your money paying for Mercury go anywhere else but do not use this company.
