The only RipOff

The only RipOff here is the education system if you were actually able to graduate.
Because a 4th grader could have done a better job writing your report than you did. However, even though it is bad I think I see what your problem is.
First of all EVERY credit card has a due date. When you got the card you knew the due date, they are under zero obligation to adjust it. As for it being "abusive"...again this is a credit card they are not forcing you to use the card. But if you use it you are subject to THEIR Terms.
As for the late fees. In addition to the due date, you have a minimum payment due. If you fail to pay the minimum due by the due date you are subject to late fees. If you pay after the bill is due, it doesn't matter if you pay 3-4 times the minimum due or even pay the card off. You are still going to get hit with the late fees.
Now, all you had to do was pay the minimum payment by the due date and then pay the extra afterwards. This would have avoided all of the fees.
