Metro pcs Scam Artists, Deceptive Sales men entire staff crooked Cincinnati Ohio

 Went in to get phone upgrade and also add a line to my account. Every phone that was under 100.00 they were out of stock or sold out under a promotion that was running or discontinued, which was just about their whole display section.The Sales Rep kept pushing one particular phone which was a new one over a hundred bucks and their brand of phone which is the metro pcs ZTE Zmax pro,undoubtedly they get a good commission on it as I watched him promote it to others as well.I had an interest in this phone ZTE but I also was leaning more towards the new Galaxy on5 witch was on sale for 40$ less.I asked the Rep for a total price out the door for each phone and add a line.The Rep still pushing the new ZTE in my face went ahead and deactivated my old phone put my number in the new ZTE phone activated it without my consent to the purchase of the phone whatsoever.Me and my wife were in the store,my wife was looking at phone cases for both phones that I was undecided on buying till I got a total price on each.Distractedly the Rep walks over by my wife to show her the Cases for ZTE she asks him what about the galaxy Cases and he replies back you don't need that one, He (me)said, he wants this phone it's already activated and if you want the other phone turned back on its $45.00 more on top of the 121.n change for this one.We were confused how this happened when it was never authorized by us for anything,and payment was demanded now we were running late to pick up our kids so my wife just paid the bill and the very next day we went back in talked to the assistant manager Darryl histag said explained this to him and he just blew us off as like it wasn't his problem and told us that my old phone I got 6 months ago cannot be reactivated because it's out of date and I'm like how is that the operating system is same as new one I got just not as fast ,his reply changed to oh I meant you can't reactivate old cell phones for 72 hours after we turn it off ..U was insulted like this guy thinks I'm a straight sucker ...BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY from METRO PCS any of them from what I can see now
