Hello I'm reporting to corporate about my situation with metro. I paid my bill for January and February, but I paid the bills both in January. One payment was paid on 01/13/2012 and the confirmation number is 202009079 and the paid for the month of February on 1-01/27/2012 and that confirmation number is 205001922. I called metro to find out why my service was discinnected and out 9 reps and 3 supervisors no one could tell me why and they all said different reasons. My phone number is 239-324-6181, I would like for this issue to be resolve by turning my phone back on or reimbursement of my money which is 40.00 and I will find another cell phone company with better service then metro. bill cycle reset

Had you been off prior to paying the first bill your billing date always stays the same so if you had paid your bill 7 or more days late you should have asked about a bill cyvle reset that is stated on the start of service form your billing date is always the 28th of every month you paid your bill on the 13th giving you service from the 13th to the 28th your payment on the 27th got you service from the 28th to the 28th so your bill is then due so because you did not ask for a bill cycle rest you did lose out on 17m days of service.

Perhaps you should take a look at a Calender. You stated you paid your bill for January and February, with your last payment on 1/27/2012.
