metro pcs buyer. beware of the false advertising and poor service the company is a scam and needs a check Peabody Nationwide

I have been ripped off continuously by metro pcs as my monthly bill is not $40 a month and is far from unlimited. I had one phone replaced over 20 times . Also I received the text saying I was violating the terms and conditions but used my phone normally , it just was used too much when my young daughter traveled abroad and called me I guess but it did get terminated and the phone was listed as stolen as well. I have called them so many times I knew all the people who answered lol with their fake script. I have gone months without the internet part of the service and had every excuse even that I just plain must have a bad phone number. I once didn't have the money for my payment and I paid it towards the end of the month and had to pay for 2months. I have a phone now that I can't get or make calls and or texts on and can't get this resolved either but they want their money every month regardless of the service working properly or not. The company takes advantage of people and rips them off because they can get away with it. I am getting so frustrated with it I just can't believe they can do that to people and it's fine. No problem just keep paying us because we aren't going to change a thing because we don't have to and the new t mobile merger didn't help one bit my service still sucks and so does metro pcs.
