I called Metro PCS customer Service number and was able to speak to an agent for what was about one hour in regards to my account. I made a very simple request from the agent which was met with enthusiasm and an approval that he said would take three days to reach my email account with information required by the customer. After waiting a week for what seemed to be the email that would never arrive I tried calling again and again I was on the phone for one hour waiting for the agent to find out what has happened and I was hung up on after that one hour of wait. So here I am calling for the third time to speak to an agent in regards to what has happened and when I spoke to the new agent they have told me there's not a single clue on what has happened already and what they've spoken with me about my account so I had to start all over and re-explain everything required and after being on the phone for another full hour she hung up on me . Here I am calling again to try to get the information required or file a complaint when I was met with a lady who said OK I will transfer you to a manager or supervisor and went ahead and kept me on hold for one full hour before she hung up on me herself. Right before hanging up on me she came back on the phone and she had said something like sir I cannot allow you to speak to a supervisor as we don't have a supervisor here available to speak to you we are a call center in the Philippines and if you need to contact someone in regards to this contact your local MetroPCS office . The only customer service number that I have had I have called and have spoken to multiple people and there was no way for me to speak to a local MetroPCS office besides the corporate number that I have found it through another ripoff report for another customer that would be exact same problem . I completely understand if metro wants to save money by outsourcing their work to the Philippines to where they can make more profit off of customers like me paying monthly for over two years as loyal customers while they just get the profits and not help a single soul but forgot sake have some g*d* decency and yourselves and your company and have some f*g ethics and start helping your customers by first relocating you're stupid Philippines call center and moving to the US with the Longs second is that you guys hire competent people and managers and supervisors to oversee all these operations being done by your agents against customers like myself. Finally in response to this I need services by Metro for one full year for free room going to be heading to plus my negative response all over the world because I will not waste three hours of my time on people wouldn't give me the decency to even respond with the correct answers or even provide me with a complaint number or a supervisor to speak to her most importantly just tell me what my confirmation that I required was. S4 Roger Michelle or Todd linguist you all three need to contact me personally and apologize for the disgusting customer service that I've been receiving from your company who you claim to be a reputable firm prove it
