I called to ask the cost of a coach. I planned to say not now no matter the cost. It was $2000.
I said no 3 times but by their persistence and my vulnerable state convinced me this was my last chance to save myself for the rest of my life.
They made promises that were fraudulant regarding the person who would coach me, I wanted out but they had me on tape and had me sign a contract immediately by email.
The first coach was a basketcase and after almost completing it I couldn't stand it any longer and complained to Darla Van Horn
She made me start over from the beginning with a new coach and when I had a problem with her, she asked if I wanted a refund.
I said yes, she contacted Darla, Darla said I had to finish the program before a refund would be given. I agonized putting up with the program. The coach undermined the effective therapy I got elsewhere.
At the end Darla told me to send my homework (personal stuff) to check that I kept appts and did the reading, etc. and I'd hear from her in a week about the refund. I sent it in, never heard from her she refuses to answer my extensive emails.
