We requested their 30 day "free trial" program for our daughter. Once we recieved the package and realized how much it was and realized that it was a program our daughter would not follow, we opted to return the program.

When I called, the customer service rep tried every way she could think of for me not to return the "program". She kept asking why we are wanting to send it back and I explained several times that not only was the price out of our range, but also we did not feel like our daughter would use the program. I had to repeatedly ask for the RA number. This went on for about 5 minutes.Finally, after telling her sternly that we DID NOT want the program and to please give me an RA number she said to me "I can't believe that a mother wouldn't want to help her daughter!". I demanded to talk to a supervisor at that point. She offered to reduce the program so that I would keep it. Again, I explained we were just not interested at this time.

Two months after returning the package, we are still getting billed for the program. When I called, the customer service rep advised me that they had not received the program back. I explained that I mailed it. She then told me "how do I know if you mailed it?", at which time I asked her "how do I know you didn't receive it?". I asked to be connected with their billing department and she said there wasn't anyone she could connect me to, that SHE was customer service. Yet once again, no help. The vitamins that they sent, I can buy off the counter for under $20.00 and the booklets statethe same thing that my mother would tell me.

This "program" is a very expensive rip-off. No matter what you do, they continue to bill. The customer service is no help, they are rude and insulting.
