Mobile solutions at Wesfield mall in Merrillville Ripped me off too! I also thought I was dealing with T-MOBILE because of the large sign indicating a T-Mobile kiosk. I signed up for 3 phones for my daughters. One phone did not work in the intended area and T-mobile knew it, so they agreed to cancel that phone with no charge after we tried it for 60 days.

Mobile solutions seems to think it's only fair to charge me 400.00 for a phone that didn't work, and couldn't be used.

A company like that won't last long, unfortunately some of us will be ripped off. Hopefully these messages will be taken seriously and these people will eventually suffer the consequence.
