Morgan Properties- Briarwood Place Gas and Utility Bill Ripp Off Laurel Maryland

 Every month the utility bill sky rockets! Management can only feed us some rehearsed reason about square footage and the amount of people in the home and in the building! So basically I'm paying for the people who live above me who have about 6 people in one apartment including the most rude and unmannered children who stomp and bang all day and night! Not to mention the smell of weed that enters our home as if we lit it up ourselves! This company doesn't care about its tenants they charge ridiculous prices, the office can't manage the property and inform the tenants of what's happening, let alone we have to pay in order to park. It's crazy how they operate! The gas bill sky rocketed over $60 in addition to what it was the previous month but nothing changed in the home!
