I ordered products from this site on December 1, 2011. I received a confirmation e-mail for my order. After several weeks I went on the site to see what the status of my order was and/or to track the order and it said "Warehouse Processing." I sent them an e-mail, using their "Contact Us" feature inquiring about my order.  I received no response; even though they state that "someone will get back to you in a couple of days."  After another week or two I called them to see what was going on because I was still seeing the same message.  In order to get to a person I had to choose the "buy new products" option on the automated menu; although they say that the representatives will have no info regarding "existing orders." Upon speaking to a representative she informed me that my products were on backorder and that I should check again in another couple of weeks, which I did. Still "Warehouse Processing." 

Long story short (too late? - lol) to this day I have sent 3 e-mails and am continually trying to get someone on the phone, again, to find out what's going on with 1) no response to my e-mails and, 2) either a busy signal on the call or, when I tried to get through by choosing "place a new order," it seems like it's going through but then says "all of the reps are busy at this time, please hold for the next available representative, sorry but the system cannot take messages at this time, then disconnects you.  My order still says "Warehouse Processing."  They "processed" my payment on December 1st!  I need them to stop processing my order & fulfill it; but, at the very least, have the common courtesy to return my correspondence and/or make themselves available to inform me as to what's going on.  I have never, ever experienced such a lack of customer service in my life.  And, especially with no contact from them, at this point this is a case of blatant theft.
