mothernature.com liars, does not refund or ship what they say they will Internet

This company is having problems...so they have resorted to stealing from customers. I placed an online order with them of items claimed to be in stock. When after two weeks I did not receive anything I began to correspond with them. They finally sent a partial out one month after I placed the order. After much bugging them they sent out a second shipment after two months had passed. After many more emails they cancelled the rest of my order and emailed me that it would take an additional 1-2 months to credit the unshipped parts of my order back to my credit card. Funny how they can take your money immediately and sit on it for as long as they like, send you nothing and credit you nothing. I am now into month number 4 waiting to get my money back. I have kissed it good bye as I really do not expect to see a refund. The phone number they give you is an order line only and all customer service is carried out by emails that take days for them to respond to. I have been ordering from them for years and now all that loyalty is paid back by them ripping me off, using my money without offering any interest to me or even shipping me products. This company needs to be investigated by the proper authorities. If anyone can help me figure out who to report them to post on this site. I will follow through.
