From the first moment we contracted hosting with Namecheap we have had all types of issues. Our business has never taken off because emails do not work and the page shows as unsafe so no one stays on it, as a matter the traffic is zero. This company takes your money every month, we even paid for our own server. After all these months and acknowledging the issues they insulted us by offering us 7 days free. After damaging our business and affecting our traffic.

If there is anyone interested in filing claims or a class action suit contact us.
