NameCheap Auto-Renewal Complted Before Notification

I believe NameCheap to be a disreputable company (notifying me of auto-renewal after payment was deducted from my account) I do not believe any of their processes for reinstatement of the unauthorized charges to my account will be acted upon in my favor.     All of my other domains with NameCheap are set to NO auto-renew. I don't know if the no auto-renew was not set properly or if I had overlooked this one domain. Other more reputable companies like ESPN plus and Creative Stream, who use similar unethical practices, gladly reversed the charges for the unwanted service rather than anger people who may post negative reviews online.
  Had I known I would be charged for the unused domain in a timely manner (i.e. before the charge to my account) I would have deactivated the auto renewal.
 

I now make it a standard practice to NEVER use a company that uses deceitful auto-renewal plans to trap people into paying outrageous fees against their will. 

I strongly urge you to find another Internet Hosting Company!
