National Credit Services They Ripped ME OFF FOR 359 New York

This company Called National Credit Services calles me. Im trying to repair my credit after 3 long years of operations and doctor bills and being out of work. They were suposed to send me a credit card on 4/14/03 never recived it I called next day Got recording. Im pe,oed finally this man Kevin Backer calles The next day me said it was shiped and Delivered on 4/14/03 that he would call me next day at 11:00AM to see if he could track the delivery never called. On 4/22/03 My savings account was charged 359$ So i call again no answer again ,recording i leave a message no response now i have no credit card and out 359$ Im REALLY PE,OED now.
