National Pool Wholesalers Ipoolgroup "Free" automatic vacuum Okeechobee Florida

Bought the 52" Yukon 18' round pool. Pool is great, and at a great price.  With purchase of pool, I was supposed to get a "free" automatic pool vacuum (Baracuda style). The cleaner never worked. I have an email trail going back over a year, detailing my problems as I had to manually vacuum every week since the automatic would not work . They even got me to spend $35 on a replacement part in an attempt to get it to work. This part arrived in the fall after I closed my pool. When I opened the pool in the spring, I saw that the replacement shaft assembly arrived cracked. Naturally, it was no longer under warranty. I then bought a Hayward cleaner which worked perfectly out of the box. I will never spend another penny with these ripoff artists.
