I ordered a 30 foot round pool 54 inches deep.  I got a overlap liner for a 48/52 inch pool and the side of the liner is exactly 54 inches.  I questioned this when I first received the pool.  I called and talked to a representative and he told me that that liner would be plenty large and I would probably have to cut some excess off.  I can tell you that was not the case.  There is no way that that liner will work in my pool.  They kept trying to tell me to add more snad in the bottom (I guess to make it a 52 inch pool) and then they told me to use a vaccum to make the liner fit the pool.  I have been talking with Jim in Senior Management, and finally he agreed to exchange the liner for a correctly sized one.  The next day I got an e-mail from him telling me to use a vaccum to pull the liner and it should make it work.  I have allready boxed up the liner and want them to issue a pickup ticket for it and get me a correctly sized liner.

They also sold me a light for the pool that fit over the returning filtered water hose into the pool.  I also bought a Polarus 65 auto pool cleaner, but it cannot be used with the pool light.  I spent 2 days and talked to several people before I got to Dawn in customer relations and they finally figured out (for the first time) that the two products will not work together.  They have taken that back, however I have not received my refund for that from them yet.

I would warn anyone wanting a pool to not go with this company as they have not proven to me to be trustworthy or a company that is concerened with anything other than one time sales.

I am going to continue calling and e-mailing them several times a day until I get my correct liner and then I will wash my hand of them FOREVER!

Jim did the same thing to me

AUTHOR: Cdo - (U.S.A.)

He promised to fix the error and then would never return my calls, faxes and emails.  This company is the biggest ripoff of the internet.

By the way, if you want a liner, Cheaplinersonline.com are best.  Great staff, great service and prices 30% less than the scam artists at National Pool Wholesalers.

BTW, National Pool Wholesalers is a rinky dink company in someones basement.

Customer installed incorrectly

AUTHOR: National pool wholesalers - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 12, 2010

Customer posted on many boards about this. Customer didnt install his liner corectly. He has the correct liner. See the full report at  (((Redacted)))

We know of this customer. They have the correct liner for this pool. They are installing the liner incorrectly. They were told to use a shop vac or vaccume to suck the air out from the liner and pool wall so there is a tight fit for the liner. They have not done this. All large pools require that for the liner to seat against the pool wall and not have the liner slip out or the pool wall buckle.

Customer has a liner with 54" of liner material per their own admission from the seam line. Couple this with the 4" pool cove where you have on the bottom of the pool.. you now have 54" of liner starting at 4" from the floor.. with 50" left above the cove. That gives you 54" of liner overlapping the wall with 4 extra inches on the outside. Thats plenty of material for the pool installation. Hundreds of these installations are out there and work fine.

Customer needs to follow directions and use a vaccum to pull the air out of the wall and liner area to form a tight fit PRIOR TO ADDING WATER. They are adding water with a huge amount of air between the wall and the liner, so the bottom liner material is in the middle and cannot stretch outward. When they fill the pool and the liner seam is falling down and not on top of the pool cove, the liner will not work correctly and the liner will pull down and the walls can buckle.

Customer should follow directions we gave or maybe contract a person who will to install the pool PROPERLY before waging a complaint in open forum for something we did not do to them.
