We recently moved out of this building. The noise was incredible. Not the street noise...that is to be expected. It was the noise within the walls and neighbors. There is constant pipes banging inside the walls. And, since the walls are so thin, you hear everything!

Security is really bad. They never help with anything. Joan Acoff sits there and complains to the people who live there. She complains about her life, how she hates Miami and on and on. How unprofessional! The weekend staff is better. But management really should remove Joan. Pure negative energy. The lobby is so small.

We did a short-term lease to check out the building before deciding if we wanted to purchase an apartment. I was shocked to learn how thin the walls are. We hear our neighbors above us and next door to us all the time.  The AC is broken most of the time and the building is un-kept. It is very dirty. The AC is also broken in the gym for long time, and there are plumbing problems so it smells really bad.

Then we learn that short-tem leases are not allowed at this building but they did it anyway. So we are happy to have the experience so not to buy at Nautica. The views are nice from the building and that is all that is good. The hallyways are dirty and they say they will remodel. But when I talked to neighbors there, they way that for years, the HOA is saying they will remodel. That is how they lure in buyers, to make them believe the remodel will raise the value of the property.

Since before the hurricane, the gym was in very poor condition. The AC was broken and the toilets were clogged and the entire area was a disgusting odor. After the hurricane, now there is water damage. There is mold and they are doing nothing about it. The AC is still broken and plumbing issues continue.
