Since Sallie Mae sold my old student loan to Navient I have experienced nothing but issues with payments either "not being received" but being debited from my bank account and my amount of loan being impossible to pay off. When you call Navient it is nothing but a run around. Also now I am back in school and they do not have any online portal to upload proof of school for my loan to be deferred I can only mail it which they "never received" it is absolutely impossible dealing with this company and they make it impossible to pay off a loan
