NC Furniture Buy Direct ripoff furniture, fraud, bad business, liars, theft High Point North Carolina

I ordered almost $2000 worth of furniture from NC Furniture Buy Direct and never received furniture or a refund. I called repeatedly and was promised that I would be getting my furniture. The people on the phone were always very nice but I never received a call back from anyone, I always got voice mail, and never received a refund either.

With each additional call the women said how they understand this could be frustrating for me and again promised everything would work out. It's been months and still nothing. Do not order from this company, and do not believe what they tell you over the phone.
