On April 17th ordered and paid for in full a set of furniture. On June 27th called to find out what happened No-call or contact from them. told must wait full 12 weeks that is the promise date.

Recalled on July 18th now 13 weeks. Order now in the hands of a "Special Customer Rep" Sheryl. Informed furniture now in phase 2 will be in prodution soon. She would call us when she heard something but expect about 2 week wait.

August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd I called her only to be put on hold fo 30 minutes and then put in voice mail-no return call.

Contacted Visa company to complain of no delivery. They informed me that a complaint needed to be filed within 12 weeks of charge. Noting they could do. Nice little scam going on demand payment now and promise goods after they know Visa can't touch them.

Then on week 17 she informed my husband the furniture we ordered was no longer available. We asked for a refund and was told a 30% Fee for cancelling would be charged. We said they breeched the contract not us we want 100%. She informed me 10 business days we would get the money back in our account. NO MONEY still.

I then put in another order since it was not looking like we were going to get our money back. The company informed me that it was available right away. That was September 13 and now they say it will be another 10 weeks. The rip off continues 5 and 1/2 months after paid in full.

GOT OUR MONEY BACK HERE'S HOW!!!

Got the money back REFUND PAID IN FULL on January 25,2005. On the 16th I started faxing a copy of this report along with the copies of the letters I sent to the Commerce Commission and the Attorny Generals Office-----EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR!!! FAX# is 336-885-5088.

I guess the right person picked one of them up because on the 24th I was called first time someone actually called me since this whole thing started, and told that the fund had been processed. Not that I hadn't heard that before so naturally I didn't believe it until it showed up in my account.

The contacts name was Gary 336-885-5066. Says I could call him and tried to encourage me to reorder that he is turning around the company and this would not happen again...DARN RIGHT NEVER WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL.

Why not take a drive down there? Take a very large and very mean looking friend with you. Personally, I would never stand for that, I would've gone to the place immediately demanding my money back right then and there.

Well December has come and gone and we have been told now there is no way that the furniture will be delivered in the next few months because of how busy they are with other orders. I personally think we would be first since our order was in April 17, 2005. Anyway we told them once again that we want our money back since they have not upheld their end of the CONTRACT and once again a promise of 48 hours was given us for the refund...that was December 13, 2005. Today is January 3, 2006 and still no money, it has been 9 months I could have had a baby in this amount of time.

I too have reported this to the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office of N.C. as well as the Chamber of Commerce that they so boldly put on their web-site as being a member of. Nothing so far...
THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF!!!!

I thought I was the only one. I'm going to contact the state attorneu general's office and see what happens. If you like you can email me at all4me0626@aol.com. My name is Tamika, I started the first thread about this company. Also, get a letter prepared because Sheryl or her croonie Candice are going to tell you they need proof that you ordered the furniture and paid for it. And proof you did not get your money returned to you.
