Thing of buying furniture via the internet?? Well, stay away from NC Furniture Buy Direct. They are so helpful when you are ordering the furniture and as soon as they get your money..beware. They promise a 4 to 12 week delivery, they provide a web site a track your furniture and a contact name but it doesn't work, no one returns phone calls, no toll free number so you have to pay for all they calls you make to them, and there is NO customer service. The one thing they are good at is "passing the buck". Now they say it will be nearly 5-6 months before the furniture will be delivered and find other web sites of complaints regarding people who have bought furniture from them the furniture is delivered damaged.
