My father who is 89 years old, crippled, blind, and in a nursing facility is being ripped-off by NCO Financial Systems, Inc. A very rude woman, by the name of Kelly Smith, stated he had a Brooks Dual Card but could not give my any information as to what was charged and where. They'll even take a 50% settlement to close the collection! I'm turning it over to my attorney to investigate. I feel very sorry for any other elderly people, or any other persons being ripped off by this company.
