i just recieved the same letter about chase providian , i've never heard of them . i am how ever filing a complaint with the post master , my boss says this is mail fraud and the post office agrees with him .

make sure you take a copy of the leter to your post master ; nco is trying to collect money that is not owed the post office has many inspectors and mail fraud is a federal crime if convicted fines and jail time is in order .
