NCO Financial services keeps calling about some unknown person's debt. I have no debts. I am retired. I own my own home, I have not mortgage payments, no car payments, no debt of any kind except for credit card which I fully pay off each month. I have no idea who gave them my cell phone number but they are costing me air time plus a great deal of annoyance listening to and then deleting their messages.
