NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS Ripoff They sent a bill for a credit card I have never had. They want me to pay them over 11,000.00. Horsham Pennsylvania

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This co. sent me a bill for a credit card I have never even had. I filed a bankruptcy 9 years ago and this card was not listed then.
I just received a Credit report in the mail, at my request, and they are not listed. This bill does not exist. I dont image the company does either.
If an attorney wants to call... Please do.
I would like to thank people for complaining. It made me realize what was going on.

Please do not fo a moment think that NCO does not exist. They Do, and they are nasty. My best advice... Do not deal with them directly. Get a Lawyer, or someone experienced to deal with them.
I had an experience with them and paid them off in a lump sum only to recently find that they have been reporting me to the credit bureaus for the past 9 months for $15.00 (two bureaus claim $16.00)
Don't talk to them, if you do, get everything in writing (which won't happen) Ask you Congressman is we can move the war to the "real" enemy!

With respect to your dilemma, you should first "again" make sure they are not appearing on your Credit Report. NCO DOES report. If they are reporting you, dispute it with the reporting agencies. The three Big agencies have on-line reporting. NCO is nasty and should be taken to task for what they do/did. Navigate this website further. There are numerous links, etc. which will point you in the right direction complete with forms, etc.
