I have been sued by NCO Systems through an attorney Micheal B. Howell in boise for 1200.00 for a hospital bill. NCO and their hacks have refused to send any info on case and I'm going to start the dirt on each and every participant.
Game on!

"Johnny Payme" the debt collector needs to learn how to read!
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

"Johnny Payme",
First of all, you need to learn how to read before slamming others. I never said anything about the specific debt here. NOTHING.
I simply commented on the "just pay your bill" mentality.
That's it. Nothing more.
And, FYI..I have never been affiliated with rent-a-center as an employee or a customer. Where did you get that?
You need to go back to your cubicle now and hit that crackpipe some more.

Steve is at it again with his 'responsible lending' bull...
Steve! I have news for you. If this is in fact a medical debt like the person reporting this said it is it was most likely an emergency procedure. Now I know the concept of a hospital rendering services to anyone sick or injured is a hard one for you to grasp but... Explain again how a hospital is suppose to enforce responsible lending when they have to provide services to people who most likely could not borrow the amount of money the run up in medical debt... Oh and by the way how is Rent a Center treating you?

Why Is It a business always admist no wrong doing
AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, August 03, 2008
Everytime a business Is hit with a lawsuit & everytime they settle they always admist no wrong doing or deny what they are being accused of. Then why do they settle for? & pay the people they ripped of back.
After they settle they admit they did nothing wrong, that makes them look guilty there. Nco denied they did nothing wrong we all know better they are guilty of abusing people.
They can deny everything but It has been proven but the federal trade commission they abuse consumer rights. Why did nco pay that big fine In 2004 & they continue to abuse people & then they denied of no wrong doing.
Well we all know they are guilty of treating people wrong & abusing people with there power.

We have another "just pay your bill" clown ["pdj"] on here!

We have another crusader on here spewing his/her jibberish of "just pay your bill".
This clown has hit almost every collections related thread on this site, and has even revived old threads with his/her jibberish.
Here's a concept for you. Its called RESPONSIBLE and FAIR lending.
Responsibility goes BOTH ways.
However, the big banks ONLY see it THEIR way.
That is the problem.
Its sounds as if this "pdj" character is a past or present debt collector.
